Yes, we have an on-site carpark.

No, our classes are open to all skill levels - from complete beginners to experienced boxers.

Beginner/Immediate
Try our Fundamentals, Pad/Bagwork, Women's Class or All levels morning class.

Intermediate/Advanced
Join in our Boxing Drills, Padwork, Defence, Technique, Women's Class, All Levels morning class and Friday Sparring.

Join Our Kick Boxing class All levels on Wednesday 7-8pm and Saturday morning 1030 to 1130am.

Our classes range from 45 minutes to 1 hour, depending on the type of class you're taking.

Yes, we offer a free trial class for first-time visitors. Contact us to schedule your trial class.

Nope, you can purchase a Casual Class Visit to come and train with us. 

Head in to IQ Academy and one of our friendly staff can help sign you up or join our community here.

Here's a list of things to bring to class:

• Boxing Gloves (16oz)
• Hand Wraps
• Towel
• Water Bottle
• Flat sports shoes or Boxing Shoes
• Mouth guard (Defense Class)
• Headgear (Defense Class)

Come and use our boxing and gym facilities anytime during opening hours. This membership includes all access to the gym and unlimited classes throughout the week.

We offer a gym area that includes strength and cardio equipment such as:

• weights 
• barbels 
• squat racks
• cable machine 

Gym Access Members are open to use the gym facilities during staff hours. You can also purchase a Casual Gym Access pass if you don't have the Gym Access included in your membership.

Yes we offer spare gloves for free trial visitors. We highly recommend that you wear your own boxing gloves when coming to class.
